Hadouken! drew me into their music instantly with their thick british accents and crude lyrics. Like many bands do. This album is seriously a classic though, and is a great entry to the nu rave genre originating in the English 00s. Which was a very different 00s than America's 00s.

(right when this album came out!) I saw Public Circuit alongside Virtua DX. I'm sad that I couldn't stay for their whole set as it was getting late and I feel the venue was getting dangerously full. It's normal to be covered in everyone's sweat but it was too packed to the point I could barely breathe! A friend picked up their CD and gave it to me at another show later.

This CD features the sufferers of the first year love triangle. Can I be honest? I don't like this disc that much. I love me some Toono and Yacchan but these songs don't do it for me. Toono's is the best though. Don't you wanna pop their cherries?

These CDs are worth every second spent fighting for. My search began back in 2023, casually searching on proxy websites whenever I felt the urge. The more time went on, the more chapters of Yarichin Bitch Club came out, and my love for this music grew stronger. I must confess, my most played song of 2024 was Shikatani's solo song "See-Through♡Junkie" with over 300 plays. I'd check more and more, with my new jobs giving me the financial means to order from Japan more often. I always felt like the prices were too high, or I'd worry about buying one from the set but not the others prolonging my hunt. That was until one hazy day in June 2025 when I found a listing for ALL FOUR discs (can you believe it? I'd never seen them all together before) and the best part... THE BUNDLE WAS $25!! I had seen only the individual discs go for over $25 each, and at my mercy was a listing with ALL of them for that much?!?!? Of course, as the biggest cheapskate and Yarichin anisong fan, I pounced instantly and to my luck the order went through. The wait for the package was fierce, as it included some other small anime goods. By June 16th, 2025, my beloved CDs were here and in PERFECT FUCKING CONDITION! No, not sealed, but AMAZINGLY FINE. The covers are beautiful, and each booklet contains the lyrics and even MINI MANGA PAGES FEATURING EACH CHARACTER. OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!! These CDs are just the cutest thing ever and I am beyond grateful that I found them at an amazing price and they arrived in once piece (and that they arrived at all)!
